The IC can meet tell cetification in cell phone chage application.SF5922S uses Multi Mode Contol to impove efficiency and eliability and to decease audio noise enegy @ light loadings. Aound the full load, the system opeates in PWM+PFM mode, which impove the system eliability. Unde light load conditions, the IC opeates in PFM mode to achieve excellent egulation and high efficiency, and to achieve less than 70mW standby powe.SF5922S also integates the function of " Max Fequency Clamping @ Output Shot Cicuit" to limits powe MOSFET Vds spike when output shot cicuits occus.SF5922S has built-in popietay NC-Cap/PSRTM contol fo CV contol, which eliminates extenal compensation o filteing capacito, It also has built-in cable dop compensation function, which can povide excellent CV pefomance. SF5922S integates functions and potections of Unde voltage lockout (UVLO), VDD Ove Voltage Potection (Output OVP), cycle-by-cycle cuent Limiting (OCP), pin Floating potection, VDD Clamping.SF5922S is available in SOP8 packages.
